Ticketing and Return Policy
All Sales final. Any ticket issued for any Herman’s Hideaway event is a revocable license which may be revoked at any time for any reason.
Tickets will be delivered electronically or will be available at the door as will call tickets. If your electronic ticket fails to print, just tell us your name at the door and explain what happened. We will check it against the sales records and, if confirmed and there are no other problems, you will be allowed entry.
Any ticket to an Herman’s Hideaway event is not valid unless purchased from an authorized ticket agency.
Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to any Herman’s Hideaway event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event.
All ticket holders must have valid identification to attend any Herman’s Hideaway event.
Stage diving, crowd surfing, moshing, slam dancing or any other activities that may injure any patron, including yourself, are prohibited. Patrons are legally responsible for their actions and conduct at any event.
