Lion SoulJahs

One of Colorado's greatest reggae bands! These highly respected musicians are some of the regions most talented and experienced artists, deeply rooted in reggae tradition! Lion SoulJahs are best known for their originals but have been known to throw in a cover or two. And, they play an eclectic fusion of conscious roots and high-energy dancehall rhythms to please even the most critical of audiences. Lion SoulJahs have very extensive past experience such as backing up Kymani Marley, Frankie Paul, and Sammy Dread. These musical veterans have opened for some of reggae's biggest and best acts including Damina "Jr Gong" Marley, Stephen Marley, Ziggy Marley, The Wailers, Yellowman, Burning Spear, Jimmy Cliff, Beres Hammond, Black Uhuru, Third World, Sizzla,...and the list goes on! They have also performed at some of Colorado's best known venues including The Gothic Theater, The Fox Theater in Boulder, and Red Rocks Amphitheater for Reggae on the Rocks!
Green River Vibe

Green River Vibe assembled through the collaboration between Ted Kleist
and Alex Mackenzie-Low. Ted Kleist took his so-cal roots from San Diego,
California, and fused them with the spontaneous and passionate
lyrical/musical compositions of vocalist/guitarist, Alex Mackenzie-Low.
The duo immediately found power in their collaborative songwriting skills,
constantly feeding off of their education in music business, production,
and performance at the University of Colorado Denver. They proceeded in a
series of drum and bass searching, aiming to find the perfect
accompaniment for the band, ultimately finding Mic Wolfer and Chris Cook.
Mic synergized his reggae-rock drum feels, while the minnesotan raised
bassist, Chris, lended his Minnesotan smooth yet defined baselines. The
group instantly found themselves making great music, and continued
expanding this sound with their constant desire to "cut the edge" by
throwing in elements of hip hop, electronica, ballad, and dub. It was at
this point that G.R.V. (Green River Vibe) began playing around at local
venues, consistently engaging in new opportunities, and spreading the vibe
to a whole new breed of listeners.

Tim Yunker & The Sound Junkies

Tim Yunker and Alex Buxton are Colorado Natives. They attended the same high school, but rarely associated with each other... Until 2008. Tim Yunker and Alex Buxton united to create a sound that can only be described as unique. The two performed throughout Colorado and recorded the album "Duck and Cover" in late 2009. It soon became obvious that the band wouldn't proceed much further without a drummer. Tim received an e-mail one day from Chris Winslow who claimed to know all of the duo's songs and was interested in the position. He's been the Sound Junkie drummer ever since. Coming from New Hampshire, Chris brought a powerful mix of east coast percussion to the project . Being an incredibly versatile drummer, Chris conceived a style all his own that can only apply to the Sound Junkie mission. The ever-expanding project aims to bring something entirely new to the entertainment industry, both audibly and psychologically. The new al bum "Microphones Don't Lie" has been recorded and will soon be released. Microphones do not lie, so pick up the album and see what they picked up.
