Bound By Years
Bound By Years
Bound By Years is a American Metal band from Lakewood, CO. Although relatively new to the Colorado metal scene, BBY has years of stage and recording experience between them. Taking this experience into the writing sessions and on the stage with them they are quickly gaining momentum and will surly soon be in a city near you.
Genocide Method
Genocide Method
Formed in the summer of 2013, Genocide Method was founded by drummer Geoff and guitarist Brian after meeting through an audition for band Brian was involved in. Shortly after joining the group, Geoff and Brian could feel the project dissolving but instead of falling away, the pair decided to move forward with a new direction. Recruiting Jaime for vocals and other members from all walks of life and gathering influences from all over the world and music spectrum, the group filled out its line up and began playing shows that Winter. 2014 was a show filled year for the group as they traveled across state lines, opened for national acts, tore up many a local bars and venues and continued writing and released their first demo. With the change in seasons during Fall so to came a change in line up. The band continued on and prepared to record their debut EP. With the addition of Nate on bass, production started near the end of the year and one last line up change was had during the recording process. The band moved into the new year with a new line up, new music, their first EP release and the drive to move forward faster and harder than ever before.
Saphyre Rain
Saphyre Rain
The 21st century sees the human race facing a suicide epidemic and raging self harm statistics. Open any newspaper, watch any nightly news report and you're surrounded with stories of addiction, abuse, neglect, fear, and pain. In your heart, you ask all the hard questions – Is this darkness taking over?

Saphyre Rain wants to remind the world that hope is alive.

Saphyre Rain is husband and wife team, Austin and Amanda Harras. Spending the last few months creating their debut EP Break the Cycle with producer Nick Sullivan, the duo has crafted a cutting rock sound that is inviting and inspiring.

Located in Northern Colorado, the two co-compose their material, with Austin as drummer and Amanda as vocalist/guitars. Released in October 2015, Break the Cycle (single Live) is characterized by driving metallic beats, dark guitar-riff tonality, and sincere melodic colors.

“Our generation is at a huge risk. There are so many kids out there who want to make a difference in our world, and we all struggle with pain in one form or another. Now is the time to fight back. Each and every one of us is making a difference in our world; we do have the power to change it for the better”, says Saphyre Rain.

In 2012, the couple self-produced a full length album, UnSaid I Love You's, recorded in a home-studio with their previous band, Suffocation in my Silence. October of 2014 saw Austin and Amanda taking a new direction, starting a project called “Saphyre Rain”. The band name was chosen based on the formation of the sapphire gemstone. A sapphire is created over time, under intense heat and pressure. Whatever 'impurities' are present at the time of formation result in the sapphire's final color.

“We wanted to have a metaphoric name for the band to encompass the idea that beautiful things come from the pain that we go through; essentially, that there is hope even in the darkness”, says Amanda.

With the expertise of producer Nick Sullivan, Austin and Amanda began the pre-production process for an EP at Consonance Productions in Denver, late 2014. The couple put focus on compelling song writing and branching out artistically and creatively. Amanda began experimenting with adding lead guitar parts to the song structures and composing bass lines; while Austin worked to tighten the drum parts and implement technical patterns. Andrew Whiteman of Red Tide Rising and Nick Sullivan played bass tracks on the Break the Cycle EP.

The vision behind Saphyre Rain is to tell our generation of the light, through music. We want every person that we come into contact with to know: you are loved, your life is precious, and your story is a critical element to the future.
Endlight
Endlight
Endlight combines a number of influences to offer the music world something fresh and original. Long songs with complex and layered composition make for a varied listening experience spanning many subgenres of heavy metal.
The Goat Hill Massacre
The Goat Hill Massacre
he Goat Hill Massacre originally started with Joe and Andre under the band name of "Once Upon Atrocity" in 2007. Over the years there have been many line up changes, several side projects each, and a seven year hiatus that included Joe spending three years in Nebraska.

In 2012 while brain storming for a new name The Goat Hill Massacre was uttered and has stuck ever since. Joe and Danielle moved back to Denver in the fall of 2014. Since the dynamic duo had problems with getting band members to stick it was decided Danielle, Joe's wife, would be the drummer for the band. She started with a five gallon paint bucket and a pair of drum sticks. That quickly evolved into a very tribal sound with two bass drums sitting up right like toms and a floor tom in the middle. There was also a female vocalist and a second guitarist that were apart of the project after Danielle joining, but they left for personal reasons making the band a permanent three piece.

In the Spring of 2016 after starting to book summer shows, Danielle decided to take on a full kit. Learning from a few youtube videos how to play a full drum kit between the end of April and mid June to accommodate a July debut. The very first show we played as a three piece was at The Pit Stop in Denver June 30th 2016 last minute to support Everybody Panic on tour with Hydraform and Rise As Legends. We've played at least once a month to finish out the year. Our first EP Morbid Dreams was recorder in November thanks to our Friends Saphyre Rain and mastered by Inficiers bassist and front man Simon.

In January it was decided to start looking for a second guitarist to fill out the band's sound. Several people were suggested and some auditioned, but none felt quite right. Anthony was the last to audition in February and we became a four piece.

Since then we debuted our second guitarist at The Whiskey for the FOCO MX music festival at the end of April, we released our EP at Moe's Original BBQ May 13th with Smack Factor, Sanity's Edge, and Infinite Conscious, and headlined The Moon Room at The Summit June 10th in celebration of our one year anniversary of playing shows together.

It's been an amazing year of writing and developing as a band and we're looking forward to what's coming over the next few years.
