Lost Point
Lost Point
Lost Point, is a band with unique style, power and strength. Finding success with the title of Clear Channel's Best Band in Denver was just the beginning. After the release of their freshman album," All Dressed Up", success was a sure fire prelude. To headlining multiple sell-out shows, receiving national radio market testing, and full local radio play on Clear Channel stations, being hand-picked by Kevin Lyman for the Vans Warped Tour. After finding so much success, there was no other option than to follow-up their freshman release with a sophomore album that is stellar in every aspect. Taking a year off to focus exclusively on the creation of "Scars From Her", Lost Point is ready to bring forth the hardest hitting, gut-punching and lyrically geared product possible. Currently, the band has been focusing their time behind closed doors on incorporating multiple influences from electrifying beats, alternative fusion, teeth-grinding metal, impulsive rock and unequivocal lyrical persuasion into a streamline balance of a sound that is all their own. Preparing for an Uprising in the National Music Scene is the path that is ahead of this steadfast band. With major tours, national sponsorships and leading label interest within the future of this band in 2011, Lost Point will surely find a permanent home in the National Music Scene. Keep your eyes open and ears ready for what's to come…Lost Point will be back for the Regeneration starting 2011…and even though the name of the band is Lost Point, these boys know exactly where they are going.
The Sammus Theory
The Sammus Theory
Too many bands and musicians today have lost the ability to inspire or leave a lasting impression. In an age of fleeting interests and ‘here today, gone tomorrow' bands, it would seem that most acts are lacking all the pieces of the puzzle required to formulate the modern day successful rock band.

Enter the sammus theory. From the hot and arid landscape of phoenix, arizona emerges a hard rock act with all the pieces of the puzzle falling into place.

The five- piece band was formed in 2005 by vocalist sam hughes, who took out ads on craigslist to piece together the rest of the ensemble – kyle welnel on rhythm guitar, jeremy tabor on lead guitar, brent gilliland on bass, and marshall harrod on drums.

the sound is heavy and precise, but has a dynamic quality to it that resonates and hooks the listener. The riffs are catchy, the sound is loud, and the emotion is prevalent. It's a recipe for infectious melodies that ultimately get stuck in your head. Weaving the likes of tool, breaking benjamin, seether, and a unique sound of their own into a gritty, musically solid style, the sammus theory have found a winning formula that is knocking over the fans.

With an effortless finesse topped with raw, unbridled energy, the sammus theory perform like a group of seasoned road veterans who have been touring for decades. The band brings a ferocity and conviction lacking in so many live shows today, leaving a lasting impression on those who see them perform. They captivate, drawing the crowd in with their on-stage personas, and leave the room wanting more after they've gone.

“we're closer than most families on and off stage which is why i think we work together so well.” Says hughes. “on stage we have a chemistry that nobody else has and the crowd can feel it as much as we do.”

The band has toured relentlessly for the last four years and has no plans to quit. They have shared the stage with avenged sevenfold, seether, disturbed, sevendust, three days grace, bullet for my valentine, escape the fate, hell yeah, stone sour, halestorm, art of dying, red, shinedown, and many more.

Commercially, the sammus theory has been a featured artist on mtv2 with a video airing nation-wide daily during regular hours and on “rock the deuce” since march of 2008. November 2008 saw the release of their first official music video for the hit single “pure”. Their debut album, “see (it) through”, was released in summer of 2009 followed up with their sophomore record “trusting the liar” in summer of 2011.

it would certainly appear that all the pieces are in place for the sammus theory. This band from the desert will be sure to leave its mark.
Cage 9
Cage 9
This is the band's official Facebook page.

USA Today--->"the initial impact could cause whiplash, but this Panamanian rock band makes great use of subtlety, too, like the layered guitars and the falsetto that kicks in just when you expect a scream."

"Hearts & Stars" can be heard on the latest version of the video game "MX vs. ATV Untamed." The quartet can also be heard in the soundtrack of WWE Stone Cold Steve Austin's new move "The Condemned," in the trailer for the "Dukes of Hazzard" movie, as well as on FX's "The Shield," "American Pie: Band Camp," and Stephen J. Cannell's thriller "Demon Hunter."

Currently serving as the main guitarist for Powerman 5000, Cage9's singer/guitarist Evan Rodaniche landed the band as opener for PM5K's last big U.S. Tour in March, playing in both bands nightly. Cage9 has also gigged with Seether, Buckcherry, Amy Lee of Evanescence, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Wes Boreland's Black Light Burns, Madina Lake, Ice T's Body Count, Adema, Cheap Trick, ex-Pumpkin James Iha, Godhead, Smile Empty Soul and toured from Europe and Japan, to the U.S. and Central America.

Already a part of Universal Music Publishing, Cage9 signed with Japanese label Triple Vision Entertainment / BM.3 Corporation who licensed "Survival Plan," "Chaos Morning" (Japan exclusive) and "El Motivo" which has sold over 12,000 copies.

Cage9, based in Los Angeles, is comprised of Panama transplant Evan Rodaniche on guitar/vocals, L.A. native Jesse Beltz on guitar, Murv Douglas on bass, and Joe Babiak on drums. Evan steers the project as the band's main song-scaper and recording-guru whose production and mixing skills have not only shaped Cage9's sound but that of many other performers from latin-grammy-winners Los Rabanes, Atlantic Record's upstarts Big City Rock, to current Rolling Stone and Spin indie darlings The Willowz.

Cage9's video for "My Doppelganger" spent time in full rotation on Mtv Latino and the band was invited to Mtv's Latin Video Awards in Mexico City in '07 where they walked the red carpet with bands like Juanes, The Cure, Avril Lavigne and more. The video has also appeared on Mtv Japan & Fuse on Demand.
