We Were Cosmonauts have been playing music together about a year now in Denver, already seeing success around town. The band was formed when Roedding/Church/Black met Britton at an open mic, and the core was born. Having recently added Anderson on keys and vocals, their sound has grown into an interesting interpretation of post-indie space rock. While striving to add a unique, yet broad collection of beautiful vocal harmonies, the members keep in mind of each other’s influences and transpose that energy onto stage to deliver a swagger-induced, high energy performance every time the opportunity presents itself.
