Well here I am out on my own again after 3 very successful years with the Austin-based southern rock/roots rock band 5 Mile. I’ve lived and recorded in Atlanta, Nashville, and recently moved back to Texas after a stint in LA. I grew up in Texas and graduated from St. Edwards in Austin with a B.A. in psychology. Making music is so much easier than working a 9-5, so I’ve dabbled in film and given 99% to music ever since I was about 19. I’m leaving LA and bound and determined to spread some of my non-superficial and non-materialistic attitude around, and to get this new album goodness out to the people. I have two words for the people that think the amount of money they spend on clothes makes them cool. Thrift stores. I can get a kick ass getup that your dad paid $200 for in 1975 for $5. That’s right $5. So what if they still smell like your dad. Maybe that will make you want me. I’m as real as they get. Laid back, easygoing, life of the partay, fun-loving, never in a bad mood, and I like making people feel good about themselves. Okay I’m lying, I like making fun of people. Anyway, I’m coming to a town near you so I hope you all dig my music.
