Pillaging the Seed
Pillaging the seed has been brewing in Denver, Colorado since 2008. the band’s final line up of members has perfected the hippy/metal genre. The band has songs that are heavy and powerful, they also have songs that are light, mellow, and spiritually psychedelic. The reason behind the madness is possibly because of the band members and their wide diversity of styles and influences. Emily- vocalist; Lacuna Coil, 36 crazy fists, etc… Jenna- bass & vocalist; Soulfly, The who, etc… Dan- drums; Sepultura, Dave Matthews band, etc… Jason- guitar & vocalist; The Mars Volta, System of a down, etc… pillaging the seed will released their first EP, “Jesus killed the dinosaurs” in late 2010. One of the greatest things about Pillaging the Seed is their diversity in musical styles, openness, and professionalism, they will and love to play with just about anybody because they love good music too.
