EBWA
An edgy, freestyle alternative/hard rock band known for their dark & emotional lyrics, raw, moody and sometimes soulful music and high energy, unpredictable live shows, EBWA began in ‘99, when Erin and Wayne crawled out of the basement and began playing acoustic shows around Denver. Since then EBWA has been gigging in the Denver music scene as a full band, playing venues such as Cricket on the Hill, Herman’s Hideaway, Soiled Dove, The Blue Mule, Mercury Cafe, The Bluebird Theatre and events such as the annual Rock Out AIDS benefit shows, the R.A.I.N.N. Benefit and the annual C.H.U.N. Denver People’s Fair. Blending the basic elements of grunge, rock-a-billy, punk, classic rock and metal to create a unique and yet familiar sound, EBWA is equally comfortable playing acoustic or plugged in and turned to eleven. EBWA is a real rock band, no gimmicks or tricks…this isn’t bottled water…
