Chicken Noodle Funk
Chicken Noodle Funk started in October 2007 as Adrian (bass/vocals) and Mirco (sax/vocals) from The Dukes of Ted (a Humboldt/Boulder based band) wanted to bring funk back to the people of Boulder. They recruited east-coaster Matt Flaherty (guitar/vocals) from The Matt Flaherty Trio and Paul Kemp (drums) from the depths of Texas. Chicken Noods combines the raw power of 70’s funk with the tasty licks of modern funksters like Charlie Hunter and John Scofield to create a groovy sensation that will make you shake your tail feathers. Get up with the get down and get off to Chicken Noodle Funk!!!
